1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OddsWin ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this Platform.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where online sports betting is permitted.
You must not be a resident of any country where such activity is prohibited.
Employees, affiliates, and relatives of OddsWin are not permitted to place bets.

3. Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. OddsWin reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to provide false information. One account per person is permitted; multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS).
Minimum deposit: GHS 5.00. Minimum withdrawal: GHS 10.00.
Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours to verified Mobile Money accounts.
A verification fee may apply for first-time withdrawals as required by our payment partners.
OddsWin reserves the right to request KYC documents before processing large withdrawals.
Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through licensed third-party payment processors.

5. Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, OddsWin reserves the right to void affected bets.
Winnings will be credited to your account balance after official match results are confirmed.
OddsWin may limit or refuse bets at its sole discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming

OddsWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We offer self-exclusion, deposit limits, and cooling-off periods upon request. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please visit our Responsible Gaming page or contact support immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets.
Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraud.
Using stolen payment methods or engaging in money laundering.
Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential referral to law enforcement.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer. OddsWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of bonus offers will result in removal of the bonus and any related winnings.

9. Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to this processing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

OddsWin shall not be liable for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

12. Changes to Terms

OddsWin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
